Who processes your data
EntryOps is provided by UAB Novus IT. The community or company that gave you gate access is the data controller, and UAB Novus IT processes the data on its behalf as a data processor. For website visitors and our staff, UAB Novus IT is the controller.
What data we process and why

How long we keep it
Account data is kept while you have access through your community or company. Opening history is kept for 365 days and then deleted automatically.
How we protect it
Personal data is stored encrypted in the database, connections are always encrypted and the servers are in Lithuania. Encryption keys are stored separately from the data.
Who we share it with
- Google, if you sign in with a Google account.
- An SMS provider, so you can receive a one-time sign-in code.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: for your language choice and your sign-in session. We use no analytics or third-party cookies, so we do not ask for consent.
Your rights
- Access and download your data (in your profile, "Download my data").
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Delete your account (in your profile, "Delete my account").
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
